These Voicemail Submission Terms (“Terms”) govern any audio message (“Voicemail”) you record or upload through this website or its recording tools.
By recording or submitting a voicemail, you agree to these Terms.
You expressly consent to the recording, storage, reproduction, and use of your voice and any information you provide.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily communicating with a system intended for recording and public distribution, and you waive any requirement for additional notice under applicable recording consent or wiretapping laws.
You grant the podcast, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, successors, licensees, hosting providers, distribution platforms, and promotional partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to:

You acknowledge that once distributed (including RSS feeds, downloads, clips, backups, and third-party platforms), complete removal may not be possible.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the podcast, its owners, hosts, guests, employees, contractors, platform providers, and distribution partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

The platform acts solely as a technical service provider and is not responsible for user submissions, podcast editorial decisions, or publication of content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the podcast and platform providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or emotional damages related to voicemail use or publication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the podcast operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of submission applies to your voicemail.
